What is the Preliminary Project?
The preliminary project is the preliminary work of the implementation project. It is mostly studied at 1/100 or 1/200 scale. It provides a rough prediction about the project. It does not contain details, because final decisions on the project have not yet been made. It is a kind of preliminary project so that the people involved in the project can decide on the same point of view. It is often hand drawn. It is regulated according to the zoning plan and legislation in force.
The preliminary project content includes the zoning plan details. Land dimensions and green areas around this plot are indicated. After the project is submitted to the municipality to which it is affiliated, it is checked by the relevant official according to the zoning plan and regulations, and if there is no problem, the actual project procedures at the license stage can be started.
