For buildings where the number of floors is not specified in the zoning plans, the number of floors is determined according to the conditions in the regulation. In addition, when determining the number of floors in the regulations, it is calculated excluding the basement.

On roads with a width of up to 7 meters, the number of building floors can be at most 2; For roads wider than 7 meters and narrower than 10 meters, the number of floors is 3. The number of floors in the building increases exponentially in this direction. The maximum number of floors can be 18 for 50 meters and wide roads.
