What is Bila?

Bila is the Persian negative suffix. In Turkish, the suffix -siz meets its meaning. It is used in many fields, especially in legal terms. It is rare to come across this term used in contracts in everyday language. It is mostly seen in contracts, mortgages and notices.

For example, if the phrase “even the price” is mentioned in the contract, it means that the relevant issue will be carried out without charge. “Bila interest” means interest-free. This concept means that if the mortgage is included in the mortgage, the mortgage price will be paid without interest. Under these conditions, the party that has accepted the contract is deemed to have accepted that the amount included in the mortgage payment will be processed without interest.

The use of this expression in notifications means that the notification cannot be made to the party to which the notification is requested. It is used as “Bila notification”.
