What is Defective Goods?

Goods that do not contain one or more of the features specified in packaging, labels, user manuals, advertisements and advertisements, that reduce or eliminate the benefit of the buyer, and contain legal and economic deficiencies are considered defective goods. The concept of defective goods has been examined within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law and accordingly, the rights of consumers have been put under legal protection. In the housing sector, defective goods include buildings that are not suitable for the zoning plan and project, and have technical deficiencies. Such structures are secured under the Consumer Law. If the buyer party is found to be right in the legal process, the refund of the price paid for the defective goods or replacement with a new residence with the features specified to the buyer should be carried out.
