If the client authorizes the attorney to have ahz-u kabza, this means that the attorney can collect or pay money in official institutions on behalf of his client. This authority is assigned directly to lawyers under some conditions, and under some conditions, it is given by a separate power of attorney through a notary public.

Ahz-u kabza authority, which is a kind of special authority, enables the lawyer to speed up the transaction process by collecting receivables or making payments on behalf of the taxpayer. Lawyers with Ahzu hilt authority; They can make payment or collection transactions on behalf of the taxpayer at the enforcement offices, pay and collect court items.

Ahzu kabz authority is used to carry out monetary transactions with official institutions. It does not cover cases where the lawyer receives money from the bank or makes a payment to the bank on behalf of his client. Bank payments related to the courthouse, such as the dissolution of the partnership or expropriation, are within the jurisdiction of ahzu kabza. A lawyer who does not have this authority cannot perform money transactions on behalf of his client in official institutions.
