Then the drainage system is installed and concrete is poured. Electricity and plumbing are drawn. Sound and heat insulation is made upon request. What are the Permits Required for a Prefabricated House?

According to Article 20 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, buildings can be built in accordance with the zoning plan, regulations and license. For this reason, some permits are required for prefabricated houses, as in other building types. For a prefabricated house, it is necessary to obtain a zoning permit first. A building permit can be obtained by applying to the municipality of the region where the house will be built or the special provincial administration. The following documents must be attached to the petition to obtain a building permit:

Can a Prefabricated House be Built on Unzoned Land?
If certain conditions are met, a prefabricated house can be built on an unzoned land. The basic condition of constructing a prefabricated house on a plot without a zoning is to have a frontage to the road. There is a maximum 5% zoning permit on unzoned lands with a cadastral façade. In addition, a prefabricated house with a maximum size of 250 m2 can be built on the unzoned land.
