What is a Plugin?

Each area suitable for use in a real estate, such as flats and offices, is called an independent section. The areas that are not part of the independent section but reserved for the use of the independent section are called extensions. Water tank, garage, sections where electricity, water and natural gas meters are located, sections such as coal burners and toilets are considered as add-ons.

Add-ons do not have title deeds like independent sections. According to the Property Ownership Law, the owner of the independent section is also considered the owner of the add-on. When the independent section is sold or rented, the right to use the add-on is also transferred or leased and recorded. Attachments are recorded in the declarations section of the condominium registry. Additions outside the main building, that is, the ground on which the real estate sits, are shown on the land registry map or cadastral plan.
