What is Block Ordinance?

A building with a garden on one or more parcels, whose length, depth and height are determined according to the zoning regulations, is called a block order.

Block order construction procedures are specified in the relevant regulations. These rules are quite different from each other. For example, in buildings to be implemented as a block order, the TAKS (floor floor number) rate can be 40% at most, if not specified separately. In addition, doors or windows cannot be opened at adjacent points in block layout structures. For details, the Planned Areas Type Zoning Regulation can be examined.

Block structures designed in a certain order adjacent to the building in more than one neighboring parcel express the order in terms of city planning.
