What is impeachment?
Dismissal basically means to remove. The act of dismissing (dismissal) derives from this word. In a legal sense, this word means to dismiss a responsible person. This term is used legally in cases where civil servants are deprived of their powers, dismissed by their clients, and some other misconduct, poor job performance, and failure to fulfill responsibilities.
Lawyers can be dismissed through petitions submitted to the notary public or to the Land Registry Offices in the determination of certain situations. Lawyers can be dismissed in cases such as committing disciplinary offenses, restricting the rights of the client, not knowing the relevant legislation, and failing to attend the hearings without an excuse. The dismissal takes effect after the relevant petition reaches the Land Registry Office. The dismissed party is deemed not to be dismissed within the time elapsed until the petition is received.
