. Translate and certify the passport and important documents *
. Sign the purchase contract with the seller and give a deposit to reserve the property*
. After preparing the required amount from the bank the two parties go to the title deed department (Tabu) and the documents that will be translated for you are signed by a sworn translator and at the end you get the title deed in your name for your new home on the same day.
