The adjacent order is seen in areas where the population is dense and where trade is desired to be concentrated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In adjoining buildings, where it is generally possible to pass from the common areas to the backyard, the parcel drawing distances are determined by the building depth and the number of floors. The towing distance can be changed with the letters of consent prepared between the flat owners in the adjacent buildings. If an exit from the common area to the backyard will be provided, this is added to the zoning plan through the rules in the regulations. Towing distances are also specified in the regulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For example, the pulling distances of the gardens on the front and roadside facades are minimum 5 meters, and the pulling distances of the side and rear facade gardens are minimum 3 meters.
