Its scope has been determined within the framework of the Expertise Law. Anyone who meets the required conditions can become an expert if they comply with the procedures and principles determined for their field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persons who have documents showing their field of expertise and sufficient experience in the real estate sector and who fulfill the requirements of basic expertise can apply for expertise. These individuals are expected to have at least five years of experience in the real estate industry. Although the required conditions vary according to the field, one of the basic expectations is that the candidate is over 25 years old. Applications are made to the Ministry of Justice.
