After the square meter of the main immovable is calculated, it is distributed to the beneficiaries over the square meters of the independent sections. Land shares are considered as common property and cannot be transferred or inherited independently from the condominium or floor servitude.<\/p>\n<h2>How is Land Share Calculated?<\/h2>\n<p>The land share is calculated as the rate when establishing the condominium. For example like 10\/140. The land share value is calculated within the scope of the procedures of the Land Registry Office. When the total square meter of the main immovable is divided by the land share, the right of the right holder on the land emerges.<\/p>\n<p>For example, a person who has a right at the rate of 10\/140 land share for a 1000 square meter main real estate has a 1000&#215;10\/140 right on the land.<\/p>\n<p>If there is more than one right owner for the land on which the building is located, the share is not calculated before the condominium or floor servitude is established. Realizing that there is an inconsistency in the land share calculations, the right holders can apply to the relevant authorities and request a re-evaluation of the situation.
