The dues paid to cover the expenses in the common areas are divided into many types in itself. The expenses of the apartment are covered by the people who benefit from the benefits of using the apartment, and the expenses of the site are met by the people who benefit from the benefits of using the site.<\/p>\n
Joint living expenses are often paid evenly. These points should be specified in detail in the subscription agreements. Unless there is an agreement, a definite decision about the payments cannot be made.<\/p>\n
What Does the Fee Cover?
\nCommon expenses such as water bill, electricity bill, natural gas bill for central heating, building attendant’s salary, gardener’s salary, guard’s salary, central heating salary and similar expenses are included in the subscription fee. Unless there is another agreement in between, disputes related to this subject are resolved based on the Apartment Fee Law.
