This assurance protects the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The tenant has damaged the home or fixtures<\/li>\n<li>Tenant&#8217;s rent debt<\/li>\n<li>The tenant has not met the bills or apartment expenses that he is obliged to pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, a security deposit agreement can be made between some property owners and tenants, provided that they do not pay the last one or more rents; but this situation is not recommended by legal experts. Such agreements may appear as a negative situation, especially for the tenant, in case of future problems.<\/p>\n<p>In disputes with the security deposit, the complaining party may apply to the prosecutor&#8217;s office and take legal action.
