While designing Spradon Valley, the engineers took an interesting approach. The settlement plan in the valley is similar to that of Bahcesehir in Istanbul where it is located. Bahcesehir It is a university campus built around a pond and social facilities in its middle with regular construction. The architects in the project allocated 80% of the construction area for ornamental ponds and green spaces and placed them in the middle of the project. They realized the concept of Bahcesehir in Bahcesehir.
Spradon Valley; It consists of 7 blocks and 1037 residences on an area of 42.000 square meters. The blocks are between 9 and 30 floors. The apartment types mainly consist of 1 + 1 and 2 + 1. 80% of the project are green spaces.
